Our Aberdeen Angus beef is traditionally reared and finished in the Stonor Valley, then hung for at least three weeks.  It is immediatley frozen to retain the freshness, this does not alter the eating quality.  We have many regular, happy customers who tell us that the meat is like no other that they have tasted.

Why not order a bag of mince and a few steaks for starters and see for yourself!
